The terminologies I, We, Us and ISA Coimbatore will represent Office bearers, Executive Committee and elected/legal representative of ISA Coimbatore. The terminologies you, users and attendees will represent users of ISA Coimbatore website, attendees of any assembly or conference organized or conducted by ISA Coimbatore. All users will have to comply with the following terms and conditions of ISA coimbatore to attend any conferences or assemblies organized, any users contradicting with the below terms and conditions are advised not to avail our services. However, users may report their grievances to secretaryisacbe@gmail.com. We will ensure necessary steps will be taken to resolve the same.
- Registration Fee may vary based on the Assemblies and conference.
- ISA Coimbatore reserves the right to modify the registration fee without any prior notice.
- Registration Date and Fee mentioned on our official website is final.
- Assembly venue mentioned in our website is final.
- Candidates registration process will be considered as complete only after registration fee is paid.
- Payments made through Cheque, DD and Cash are subjected to realisation and approval of ISA Coimbatore treasurer. Only after the approval of treasurer, the registration process will be considered as complete.
- Date extension will not be provided for paying registration fee.
- Any Grievances or difficulties in registration should be immediately reported to ISA Coimbatore Secretary by writing to secretaryisacbe@gmail.com. Any registration process failed without reporting the same to secretaryisacbe@gmail.com will not be considered.
- Any disputes will be subjected to Coimbatore jurisdiction only.
Terms and Conditions
Refund / Cancellation Policy
- Assemblies will not be cancelled under any circumstances. However, if the Assemblies are postponed/ venue changed prior communication will be provided about the same and current registration will be considered as valid.
- ISA Coimbatore secretary will provide the new venue/date details to registered candidates, incase the event is postponed/venue changed.
- Registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
